The Flowery Gold Mines Company of Nevada was incorporated in Nevada on January 2,1958. It owned part of the productive Golden Eagle Mine (Flowery Gold Mine) in the Flowery Mining District, Storey County, Nevada from 1980 to 1997. Presently it is the largest shareholder of the Tonopah Divide Mining Company, Esmeralda County, Nevada and the second largest shareholder of California - Engels Mining Company, Lights Creek Mining District, Plumas County, California.
